Best of Everything

The stormy negative vibes which come from people’s attitude is a threat that destruct you, brunt you if you don’t deal with it constructively. A counterfeit, an individual, who is not bothered about his surroundings, community, colleagues, friends; proliferate filthiness by his obnoxious behavior and turns into an absolute caustic soul.

All of us carry undesired extra baggage, including betrayals, hatred, wrath, envy, and disrespect. It is simply a part of our existence, but if we don’t manage it, it could slowly ruin our identity!

Now the question is what makes a person so cynical? is it a dread? or a recklessness that neither changes overnight nor has any justification? Well, I think it is a lack of understanding of the purpose of existence, purpose of such behaviour. And it comes from Mindfulness.

Another aspect of it is lack of understanding of what is Eternal essentials. Does this behaviour give eternal peace, the beauty that helps us to make ourselves and our life beautiful? Eternal beauty doesn’t relate our outer physical appearance; it is a reflection of our thoughts which cultivates into actions and behaviour.

It is a contemplation of our spirit that makes us magnetise and influential that helps people achieve more and do better! In today’s cut-throat competition everyone of us is busy proving ourselves better than the other, however, forgetting the fact that not all fingers are the same!

Eternal Beauty is the only thing that time cannot harm.

We need to understand the fact that instead of engaging in unhealthy, nonsensical goofy conflicts invest rightly in enhancing the “Self-development quotient”. This quotient brings us to the next level where we get that “feel good” factor about ourselves. When we say ‘self-development’, it does not only about earning money, off-course it important to survive and grow but its not everything.

Making ourselves rich by experiencing the real richness in our thoughts, behaviours, actions and it is also about getting diversified exposure in our personal lives, work culture, upgrading ourselves by surrounding with the right people and utilising our potential fully. It’s about giving justice to our very own talent! This is a ‘development quotient’ which helps us to be a better version of ourselves, and also helps others to improve.

Now, when I say surround yourself with the right people, what does it mean? Where do we find these right people? It simply means keeping ourselves away from people who try to belittle us, our ambitions, humiliate us, discourage us, provoke us to do wrong things, ultimately hammer our peace and make direct-indirect impact on our “development quotient.”

Instead, happy and blissfully positive person, no matter what situation he is in, uplifts you, encourages you, makes you feel comfortable, appreciates you, brings positivity, joy and growth in your life. He helps you to make you feel better about yourself. This is a person who is eternally beautiful, irrespective of his physical appearance.

The eternal beauty makes a person happy and happiest person doesn’t have the best of everything, he just makes the best of anything!

Consider how we perceive people who appear to be beautiful even as they age. Their depth of character, warmth in smiles, and generosity in hearts are more important than their youthful appearance. These are the kinds of beauty that last, and they are frequently earned through the course of life.

Although we will all eventually age, how we do so might reveal how much we value and embrace who we are. Many individuals fear aging because they believe their beauty will fade with age, but this anxiety comes from a shallow perception of reality. Mindfulness gives us the understanding that every stages of life offers a distinct kind of beauty which is essential to age gracefully. Wrinkles are a tale of humour and resilience.Whereas acceptance is another form of beauty, and hence there is a certain dignity in embracing these changes rather than denying them.

Person who has struggled throughout his life, worked at extreme level has another level of beauty. His charismatic appearance never vanishes with the time, rather his existence matters to inspire and motivate millions of those who can also learn and grow gracefully.

Transforming the way we think about the beauty is one of the most important things we can do. We can develop long-term habits that support peace and well-being rather than focusing on temporal objectives like weight loss or cosmetic treatments. Off-course maintaining ourselves without over-focusing on physic is certainly important and by doing so, we align ourselves with something far more than physical appearance, or rather we align ourselves with timeless beauty.

Practicing mindfulness is a part of self care which ultimately transforms our energy into positive aspects of life and brings inner peace, calm and composed demeanour. These are long term values which are helping us in our steady growth. Mindfulness is not about running away from the difficulties or erasing emotions, it is about understanding and making ourselves more aware and compassionate about it, and resolving them constructively.

By keeping us grounded in present moment, mindfulness helps us find the clarity and serenity, in a world that frequently pulls us in numerous different directions. Making mindfulness our habit and work on it on regular basis with the help of yoga, meditation, spirituality, we cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and to our surroundings. Doing what you feel won’t harm your inner peace while maintaining your surrounding safe is an ultimate goal of Mindfulness. It gives the purpose to our life. While we know that we cannot have control over challenges that life brings to us, mindfulness gives an art of focusing on solutions rather making the problem itself bigger.

Paying attention in a certain way on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally act on it is an approach of mindfulness – John Kabat-Zin a mindfulness guru in west, emphasise this approach of allowing ourselves and observing our thoughts, feelings and the sensations without entangling in them gives the sense of peace and clarity.
